About Sonia Hems
Sonia is a vibrant and high achieving salesperson.
Having worked for Spark New Zealand, Sonia specialised in business sales, store management, customer care and staff training. Known for excellent sales and negotiation skills, as well as exemplary customer care, she was involved in; designing and delivering staff sales training, creating staff initiatives to drive sales, and also worked with stores around the country to enhance sales skills in their teams to lift results. Her own store was consistently one of the top 5 in the country.
Sonia has worked in legal administration in Conveyancing which has given her valuable experience in the legal processes of property buying and selling, Trusts and Companies. She is also an ex-competitive dancer holding both National and International titles and is no stranger to hard work, delivering high results, or going for the goal.
These skills combined with a degree in Cognitive Psychology and owner/operating a well respected Pilates and Postural Rehabilitation business, have shaped Sonia to be a dynamic and excelling salesperson with a passion for people and their health and wealth across all areas of their life. Sonia has a strong focus on delivering the details, surpassing customer and client needs and expectations, and providing an enjoyable, personalised property experience.
